Privacy Policy (English)

We have established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided through the applications and websites provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as "the service").

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

第6条（個人情報の第三者への提供）

1. 当社は、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ユーザーの同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法律で認められている場合はこの限りではありません。
   • 人の生命、身体、財産の保護のために必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
   • 公衆衛生の向上や児童の健全育成の推進のために特に必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合

   • 以下の事項を事前に通知または公表し、個人情報保護委員会に届け出ている場合:

     • 第三者への提供の手段または方法
     • 本人が個人情報の第三者への提供を停止できること
     • 本人の求めを受け付ける方法

2. 前項の規定にかかわらず、次の場合は第三者への提供には該当しません。
   • 当社がサービスの提供を支援するために個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
   • 合併や事業譲渡などの理由で事業が承継された結果、個人情報が移転される場合
   • 個人情報を特定の者との間で共同して利用する場合で、その旨と、共同して利用される個人情報の項目、利用目的、管理責任者について、あらかじめ本人に通知または公表している場合

第7条（個人情報の開示）

当社は、本人から個人情報の開示を求められた場合、遅滞なく開示します。ただし、開示することで以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないこともあり、その場合は遅滞なく通知します。

• 本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産、権利、利益を害するおそれがある場合

• 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

• 法令に違反することとなる場合

• 前項の規定にかかわらず、履歴情報や特性情報などの個人情報以外の情報については、原則として開示いたしません。

第8条（個人情報の訂正および削除）

1. ユーザーは、当社が保有する個人情報が誤っている場合、当社が定める手続きに従って、個人情報の訂正、追加、削除（以下、「訂正等」といいます）を請求することができます。

2. 当社は、ユーザーから前項の請求を受けた場合、遅滞なく、当該個人情報の訂正等を行います。

3. 当社は、前項の規定に基づき訂正等を行った場合、または訂正等を行わない旨の決定をした場合は、遅滞なく、ユーザーに通知します。

第9条（個人情報の利用停止等）

1. 当社は、個人情報が利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われている、または不正な手段で取得されたものであるという理由で、ユーザーからその利用の停止または消去（以下、「利用停止等」といいます）を求められた場合、遅滞なく必要な調査を行います。

2. 前項の調査の結果、利用停止等の請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合、遅滞なく、当該個人情報の利用停止等を行います。

3. 当社は、前項の規定に基づき利用停止等を行った場合、または利用停止等を行わない旨の決定をした場合は、遅滞なく、ユーザーに通知します。

4. 前2項にかかわらず、利用停止等に多額の費用がかかる場合、または利用停止等が困難な場合で、ユーザーの権利利益を保護するために代替策を講じることができる場合は、その代替策を講じます。

第10条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

本ポリシーの内容は、法令または本ポリシーに別段の定めがある場合を除き、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できるものとします。当社が別途定める場合を除き、変更後の本ポリシーは、当社のウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を発揮します。

第11条（改訂）

1. 当社は、お客様情報の取扱いに関する運用状況を定期的に見直し、継続的な改善に努めるものとします。そのため、必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを随時変更することがあります。

2. 変更後の本プライバシーポリシーについては、お客様に対し、本サイトでの掲示またはその他の明確な方法で告知します。ただし、法令上お客様の同意が必要となるような内容の変更を行う場合、当社が定める方法に従い、お客様の同意を取得します。
